1.1 Photography and Videography Services

Halleran Photography provides professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to, event photography, portrait sessions, and commercial work. 1.2 Booking and Payment

Booking: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and remaining balance will be specified in your contract.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon delivery of the final product, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via Credit card, Bank transfer, etc.].

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 15 days in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if a session is canceled without sufficient notice.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Ownership of Photographs and Videos

All photographs, videos, and related content produced by Halleran Photography remain our intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, you will receive the license to use the final images or videos for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

Personal Use: Clients may use the photographs for personal purposes, including sharing on social media, printing, and personal websites, provided that proper credit is given to Halleran Photography where applicable.

Commercial Use: Commercial usage must be explicitly agreed upon in the contract. Additional licensing fees may apply.

2.2 Copyright and Credit

Halleran Photography retains the copyright to all images and videos. You agree not to alter, edit, or remove any watermarks, logos, or copyright notices from the photographs or videos. Where applicable, credit should be attributed as “Photo by Halleran Photography” when sharing images online or in print.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Cooperation and Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary arrangements (e.g., access to the venue, time management) are in place for the photography or videography session. Delays or restrictions caused by the client may result in additional charges.

3.2 Model Releases

If the photography involves any individuals other than the client, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain permission from the subjects. By booking a session, you agree that Halleran Photography may use the images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Image Delivery and Revisions

4.1 Delivery Timeline

We strive to deliver the final images and/or videos within 20 days after the session or event, as specified in your contract. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project.

4.2 Revisions

One round of minor revisions is included with your package. Additional revisions requested by the client may incur extra fees. Requests for substantial changes beyond color correction or minor touch-ups may also result in additional charges.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by the Client

If a session is canceled by the client with less than 10 days’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. If canceled within 15 days of the session, a portion of the remaining balance may be due, depending on the costs incurred by Halleran Photography.

5.2 Cancellation by Halleran Photography

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund of any deposit paid.

5.3 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 15 days’ notice. Rescheduling within 10 days may be subject to an additional fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Halleran Photography is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim related to services provided will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question. We are not responsible for events outside of our control, such as equipment failure, inclement weather, or venue restrictions.

7. Force Majeure

Halleran Photography is not liable for failure to fulfill any contractual obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances (“Force Majeure Event”). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund, if applicable.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Governing Law
